Well firstly, this is the only course online that specifically focuses on commercial real estate deal sourcing. Most other real estate courses and coaching online revolves around residential deals.
This is mainly due to so much of the commercial real estate space operating under confidentiality, it is much more difficult (and expensive) to compile data, underwriting is very complicated, and most property owners are sophisticated business owners.
Because of this there is actually not a lot of commercial real estate specific information online at all.
